AutoAttendant and Personal Call Control Just as you would expect from any legacy PBX, UC Server provides an auto-attendant by including the award-winning capabilities of CallAttendant Office™ with its drag and drop, database enabled, graphical service creation environment. And, unique to UC Server and CallAttendant Office™, users can manage their personal communications environment using our self-service Personal Assistants or Personal Business Assistants. Objectworld Assistants are integrated with Microsoft Outlook® contacts and internal/external databases, to provide call screening, call routing, find-me/follow-me, notification, all depending on who called you and the time-of-day/day-of-week, and other capabilities limited only by your imagination. Objectworld’s Assistants provide unprecedented accessibility for employees to their customers, co-workers and partners. Using the simple point and click interface for Personal Assistants, or the drag-and-drop visual toolkit for Personal Business Assistants, employees can easily configure assistants to use complex business rules to screen and route their calls and notify them of incoming messages.
