 AutoAttendant and Personal Call Control

Just as you would expect from any legacy PBX, UC Server provides an auto-attendant by including the award-winning capabilities of CallAttendant Office™ with its drag and drop, database enabled, graphical service creation environment. And, unique to UC Server and CallAttendant Office™, users can manage their personal communications environment using our self-service Personal Assistants or Personal Business Assistants. Objectworld Assistants are integrated with Microsoft Outlook® contacts and internal/external databases, to provide call screening, call routing, find-me/follow-me, notification, all depending on who called you and the time-of-day/day-of-week, and other capabilities limited only by your imagination. Objectworld’s Assistants provide unprecedented accessibility for employees to their customers, co-workers and partners. Using the simple point and click interface for Personal Assistants, or the drag-and-drop visual toolkit for Personal Business Assistants, employees can easily configure assistants to use complex business rules to screen and route their calls and notify them of incoming messages. Alternatively, UC Server allows administrators to create and exclusively assign assistants for each system user.
