Transfer patient records securely and automatically by fax. Provide patients with the opportunity to request their medical records to be forwarded securely by fax. With Objectworld IVR, patients simply enter their security PIN and their other health care provider’s fax number. Staff can then quickly confirm with the intended recipient and then forward the recipient’s medical records by fax.

Provide test status and book appointments automatically by phone. Allow patients to book appointments or check the status of medical tests securely over the phone. Patients simply enter their security PIN and learn when test results will be ready or have the opportunity to request an appointment for a particular day and time.
