Or, when customers require printed details, records can be faxed securely to customer locations using Objectworld’s fax server.

Automate supply chain and inventory business processes. Just-in-time inventory processes and logistics can be difficult to manage. With Objectworld’s IVR, however, employees can monitor supply levels and place new orders over the phone whenever they need to. Employees simply log in to the system with their secure PIN, review inventory and order new supply materials as necessary using a fax purchase order. With Objectworld’s new message alerts, the fax recipient can respond to the purchase order immediately and securely.

Customers place orders over the phone. Doing business with your customers using Objectworld’s IVR is easy. Customers can simply phone in, log in with a secure PIN and place a new order. A fax acknowledgement can be automatically generated and sent to the customer any time, anywhere. Customers simply fax back the signed PO. All records can be managed securely by any ODBC-enabled database, allowing customers to review the costs, production milestones or other relevant data for each of their purchase orders over time.

Users simply phone in, press in their PIN and then enter basic choices (e.g. “Press 1 to review project status.”) in order to use an IVR application.
