Certification Program
Description
The Objectworld Certification Program is an accreditation program for sales
and technical professionals.
Objectworld Sales Professionals have the skills to successfully sell
Objectworld products as part of a telecommunications and IT business
solution, increasing sales volume for Objectworld Authorized Resellers.
Sales professionals such as sales persons, account managers, or sales
management professionals combine participation in Objectworld seminars
with their existing professional experience to gain OSP status.
Objectworld Technical Professionals have the skills to provide quality
design, implementation, configuration, and First Line support services for
Objectworld products. Objectworld Technical Professionals must combine
Objectworld training with practical experience using IT products in order
to achieve accreditation as an Objectworld Technical Professional.

Prerequisites
To achieve success in Objectworld Technical Training, you must come to class with
core skills, training and experience in Microsoft environments, Active Directory,
TCP/IP and have a basic understanding of telephony.
You must also have completed the self study portion
of the training and have passed the associated test.
Before you begin the self study portion
of your training, we strongly recommend
that you meet or exceed the requirements to achieve one or more of the following
professional certifications:
